All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
