What is Mr Shoe Dealer?

We are a consignment shop that officially launched in 2020. Our goal is to bring you great shoes at great prices, either at or below the current market price. The majority of our inventory will be Nike or Air Jordan products, however, we typically have a good selection of Adidas.

Does Mr Shoe Dealer has a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. However, we do have a location where our product inspections takes place.

Is Mr Shoe Dealer an authorized retailer?

No we are not an authorized retailer, we are a consignment shop that sells authentic products.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All Sneakers are ordered by order, unless the product description states otherwise. 14-21 days is the typical wait time for products that are not available in stock at our warehouse.

Products that ARE available in our warehouse are shipped immediately. These products will be listed as "In Stock". Orders placed after 6pm will be shipped the following day

 

How can I pay for an order?

We offer safe and secure shopping and accept payment via PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA, SEZZLE, KLARNA, AmazonPay so you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing the order.

Do you provide original store receipts with purchases?

Due to tax filing purposes, we keep all original purchase receipts.

Can I cancel my order?          

Yes, you may cancel your order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing will be charged a $50 transaction fee. Orders cancelled after the 24 hour period will be charged a fee of 50% of the order total.   

What is your return policy?

Refunds and Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your products. After the 14 day period, refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your statement!

Purchases made with PayPal, Klarna, or SEZZLE will receive a refund back to that account.

A $15.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will include product and tax amount only!

However, if an incorrect item was shipped to you, or if you receive a product that was flawed/damaged, and you return within 30 days of purchase, we will include the standard shipping fee in your refund.

Is my billing information secure?

Yes, our website is secured with an SSL certificate and SiteLock so all data that is transmitted through the site is 100% protected. When submitting your payment through PayPal or Stripe, your information is secure as well. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
